This online course prepares nonprofit leaders and aspiring leaders to focus on their mission and create innovative programs that will impact communities. As a participant, you will learn to design and develop meaningful and innovative programs with positive impacts. Participants will learn about inputs, processes, outputs (tangibles), outcomes (impacts), and feedback and how to provide funders with increasingly common outcomes-based evaluations. Students will learn how to plan for donations, grants, and other funding and to align their program with their mission and clients’ input. We will cover the Logic Model, as well as other program development methods.
