Across Europe, the demand for advanced digital skills is growing rapidly. The ACHIEVE project is contributing to this transformation by advancing key priorities set out in the 🇪🇺 European Skills Agenda, the Digital Education Action Plan (2021-2027), and the Digital Skills and Jobs Coalition.
Here’s how ACHIEVE makes an impact:
👉 European Skills Agenda
The European Skills Agenda is the EU’s 5-year plan to strengthen sustainable competitiveness, ensure social fairness, and build resilience by improving lifelong learning and digital upskilling across member states.
ACHIEVE supports Europe’s goal to upskill and reskill the workforce for the digital and green transition. Through a double-degree master’s programme (120 ECTS) in Cloud and Networking Infrastructure, the project equips students with cutting-edge competences in cloud computing, high-performance computing (HPC), and green digital solutions.
👉 Digital Education Action Plan (2021-2027)
The Digital Education Action Plan outlines the EU’s vision for high-quality, inclusive, and accessible digital education, with a focus on fostering digital skills and strengthening digital infrastructure.
By offering innovative cross-border education and embedding a minor in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, ACHIEVE fosters the entrepreneurial and digital mindset Europe needs. It brings together 8 universities from 6 countries in close collaboration with industry leaders – a model of the high-performing digital education ecosystem promoted by the Action Plan.
👉 Digital Skills and Jobs Coalition
The Digital Skills and Jobs Coalition is an EU initiative that unites public and private stakeholders to tackle the digital skills gap at all levels of education and training.
ACHIEVE strengthens Europe’s digital talent pipeline through partnerships with major industry associations, cloud/HPC companies, and SMEs. Together, they ensure the programme responds to real labour market needs and helps bridge the EU’s digital skills gap.
