1) Project Management & Coordination (led by EIT Digital)
Goals:
• Managing day-to-day operations and finances
• Coordinating communication with partners and the European Commission
• Organizing regular meetings to align work across the consortium
2) Quality Assurance of Courses (led by Politecnico di Torino)
Goals:
• Reviewing course content through peer feedback and student surveys
• Ensuring consistency across all modules and national standards
3) Enrollment & Scholarship Management (led by EIT Digital)
Goals:
• Running a central application portal
• Coordinating admission and scholarship decisions with all universities
4) Community, Mobility & Partnerships
Supported by all partners, including SEMI Europe and STMicroelectronics ST, the project promotes exchange and collaboration by:
• Organizing guest lectures, mentoring, and internships
• Connecting students with startups, SMEs, and tech companies
5) Ethics, Data & Compliance
Goals:
• Managing GDPR-compliant data and privacy procedures
• Ensuring ethical standards throughout project activities
