Satish Kumar Damodar

Bio

Prof. Dr. Satish Kumar has held several management and executive positions in corporate strategy planning and execution, project management, and management training, such as Technical Consultant and Country Manager (India) for Imaging Solutions AG and Deputy General Manager (Product Management) at Hindustan Latex Limited, among others. He has ten years of higher education and research expertise at several universities: Nusa Putra University (Indonesia), Dire Dawa Institute of Technology (Ethiopia), SP Jain Global School of Management (Singapore), and Cherepovets State University (Russian Federation). He holds a Ph.D. in Management & Governance from Industrial Engineering and Business Information Systems (IEBIS), University of Twente (The Netherlands), and a PhD in Industrial Systems & Engineering from King’s International University (Kingdom of Tonga). He also holds a Master’s degree in Engineering (Environmental Technology) from Lahti University of Applied Sciences (Finland), and a Master of Business Administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University (India). In addition, he holds a postgraduate in International Business from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and a diploma in Training & Development from Indian Society for Training & Development. He has contributed several articles in scientific journals and universities. Currently, he is working on research related to liveability requirements related to smart cities for social value in Ethiopia and another joint research on urban sustainability at the European Scientific Institute.
