Bio

Dr. Pulasthi Gunawardhana is an energetic and enthusiastic academician striving to identify new vendors to assist the growth of new technologies and technical methods in digital media and IT. He holds a BSc in Information Technology from Middlesex University, an MSc in Digital Visual Effects from the University of Kent, and a Ph.D. in Informatics from Malaysia University of Science and Technology. His Ph.D. research thesis was focused on Web-Based Digital Games for Effective Learning of Mathematics in Secondary Schools Curriculum. He has over 10 years of experience as a lecturer at several institutions, including the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, NSBM Green University, Open University of Sri Lanka, and the University of Visual & Performing Arts. He also has held positions such as Graphic Designer at Afisol Private Limited, Project Coordinator & Designer at RADICALZ (PVT) LTD, Retoucher at Looklet AB, and Manager at Soundvision Media & Entertainment. His expertise includes Graphic Design, Digital Media, Video Post-Production and Compositing, 3D, Visual Effects, Logo & Web Design, and User Interface (UI). He has published several scholarly articles and papers in various international journals.
