Bio

I am the Founder and CEO of Althea Academy, a learning platform focused on personal development, self-leadership, and transformational education. My work sits at the intersection of education, psychology, and human development, where I design learning experiences that support both personal growth and professional development. I hold an EdD in Education with a specialization in Curriculum and Teaching: Instructional Design and Technology, a PhD in Holistic Life Coaching, and a master’s degree in management. My academic and professional work focuses on creating meaningful learning environments that combine evidence-based educational practices with practical, real-world application. In addition to my work as an educational founder, I serve as an instructor at the University of the People and Maestro University, where I support students in developing critical thinking, practical knowledge, and skills that translate into real-world impact.

My teaching philosophy centers on the belief that education should not only transfer knowledge but also empower individuals to develop clarity, resilience, and purpose in how they live and lead. In my courses, I aim to create engaging and practical learning experiences that help students apply what they learn in meaningful ways.
