Bio

Brian Hogan is a technical curriculum developer, instructional designer, and university instructor who delivers effective learning experiences and creative content. He holds a graduate certificate of Special Studies Administration and Management, Organization Behavior from Harvard Extension School, a Master’s in Sociology and Stats from Boston College, and an M.S. in Applied Data Science from Syracuse University.

Currently, he works as an Adjunct Professor in Computer Science at the Southern New Hampshire University and a Lead Content Writer of a 6-module Python in a 7-course 2023 advanced analytics certificate for Google. His skills include technical writing, algorithm analysis, scientific review, evidence-based practice (EBP), user manual development, standard operation procedure (SOP), e-learning implementation, knowledge management, fact-checking, curriculum development, data coding, research, instructional design and writing, process engineering, requirements analysis, business intelligence, and data analysis and visualization, among others. He assesses situations, deciphers solutions, and bridges content to learners through deep reengineering work and hands-on programming. He has a passion for instructing practice-oriented learning and proven skills in partnering with leaders and engineers to intuit goals and frame needs analysis. He is an expert at mapping an instructional designer’s strategy and staging complex materials.
