Bio
Charles Saroufim is a programming instructor with more than 6 years of experience in delivering programming courses. He has additional experience as a trainer in industrial software development programs and has acted as coordinator and supervisor for master students in diverse universities. As a coach, Saroufim has worked with teams, individuals and leadership on both big and small programming skill transformations. He believes that the most important piece of any transformation is to build skills within teams to help continuously improve the learning process. As an instructor, Saroufim is dedicated to successful material delivery and digestion for his students and he endeavors to turn their concerns and difficulties into chances for success and opportunities through interaction, support and follow-ups in hopes of turning students with doubts and a lack of confidence into strong programmers that are able to face any challenge and accomplish tasks successfully.
