With a formal background in Oil & Gas and Business Administration, Alberto Böckh has led several teams and projects, successfully developing and training staff from various experience levels. His expertise spans across business management, strategic planning, operations management, and team building.

Alberto was tasked with creating and executing training programs. He secured the necessary resources and, through teamwork, achieved successful completion of the program, which led to the implementation of a quality management system.

Alberto also played a key role in creating, training, and leading a multidisciplinary team that recovered and increased oil production in a joint venture at Petróleos de Venezuela. He effectively managed diverse teams and has a proven ability to translate fluently between English and Spanish.
