Al Messano is the Director of Development and Marketing at IEMT and CELLNO Technologies Ltd., where he focuses on the development of patented wireless and medical technologies. He holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University, an M.S. in Industrial Management from NYU/Polytechnic Institute of New York, and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Professionally, Al has extensive experience in various sectors, including wireless and IT, energy, and consulting. He has held leadership positions such as Director of Technology Services at Boar's Head Provisioning, Vice President at Edwards and Kelcey Wireless, and Director of Engineering Services at Geotek Communications. He also has significant experience in telecommunications, having managed large-scale projects and budgets, and developed innovative solutions in the energy sector.
