A technology enthusiast, Elvia Zacher is passionate about challenges and assumes the leadership of cross-cutting projects that promote deep changes with a broad impact as a Business Strategy and Digital Transformation Consultant. She enjoys collaborating with organizations that want to adapt and be competitive in the current scenario, helping them to manage change in their organization, making the most of technology tools, and taking advantage of new market opportunities.

Elvia holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Belgrano, a Master’s in Strategic and Technological Direction from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA), and a Master’s in Business Intelligence from La Universidad en Internet (UNIR). She feels that she has learned the most from working in multinational settings, such as in consumer goods, telecommunications, consulting, banking, and financial services companies, and on the development of projects and businesses with a strong technological component.

Elvia has worked at universities and business schools for more than 15 years, both as a teacher and course and training facilitator. Prior positions include Director of the Master in Digital Business and a specialization in Digital Transformation at Aden Business School, Project Manager at Claro Arg., Consultant & CRM Specialist at Accenture, Marketing Segment for High-Value Individuals at Movistar, and Product and Marketing Segment Consumer Finance at HSBC. She currently serves as CEO/Founder of Digital y On Line (Business Strategy and Transformation Consulting), Professor and Facilitator of training planning and design at HR Global Argentina Asesoramiento Financiero y Formación, a Guest Lecturer at Aden Business School, and Professor at Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona (ENEB).
