Ahmed Shaaban holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an accounting focus from Alexandria University. He is a Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001) certified by the International Registrar for Certified Auditors. Additionally, he possesses a Lean Manufacturing Bronze Medal in Quality Assurance and Control from the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), a Six Sigma Green Belt from the American Society for Quality (ASQ), and a Higher Diploma in Quality Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport.

With over 19 years of experience in the service industry, Mr. Shaaban has worked for Egyptian and Saudi government agencies, as well as multinational and local companies in both countries. His diverse background encompasses roles in training, management, negotiation, communication, strategy, teamwork, problem-solving, business process improvement, process engineering, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Total Quality Management (TQM), and project management.
